Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing a Petrol Station (preferably Engen)
Duties :
- To uphold and improve on the standards as laid down by the Oil Company (Engen).
- To comply with Engen’s Health, Environment and Safety rules.
- To provide unsurpassed service to our customers and build relationships
- To ensure that the business is operated in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, with zero-tolerance to unsafe work practices.
- To manage wet stock in accordance with Engen’s practice.
- To actively seek to grow the business in a way that is sustainable and rewarding to our customers.
- To build and motivate staff
- Strive to find new and innovative ways to grow the business and improve on customer service.
